You can tell whether the SASEUL ledger has stalled from the time of the latest resource block (mined ledger page) on the official explorer. From May 2022 to September 27, 2026, resource blocks came in about once a minute on average. Official notices say that on the evening of June 14, 2026, some nodes that had mined successfully couldn't produce main blocks.
