If you want to ask BitMart whether you can get your SL back as SL, copy the three boxes below and send them as an email. The reasons and the evidence are in Converting my BitMart SL to dollars only isn't good enough. If you feel the same way, please send it once each, politely. This is one writer's opinion.
The notice splits feedback to the Feedback Portal and questions to email
According to BitMart's notice, user feedback goes through the Feedback Portal, and questions go to the email [email protected]. This email is the address Alvarez & Marsal and White & Case receive mail at. In the notice, these two are the outside firms that did a preliminary review of BitMart, meaning an early look at the company's condition.
So the template below is written as a question. Send it by email, and paste the same text into the Feedback Portal (bitmart.com/portal) too. The portal takes feedback, it doesn't process withdrawals.
Copy the recipient, subject and body one by one and paste them in
The copy button on each box copies just that box. Only change the parts in square brackets [ ] in the body. Before you paste the email address, check once that it matches the address in the original notice.

Question: can SL be returned in kind?
For the body:
Hello,
I am a BitMart user who held SL (SASEUL) on the exchange.
I have questions and feedback on the Initial Indicative
Proposal announced on 30 September 2026 (UTC).
The proposal converts every account balance into a
US-dollar amount before distribution.
The public SASEUL blockchain shows about 403 million SL
(as of 8 October 2026) at wallet address
90c6dfd90756b22eb476d8d3b954efde72b5408254ce,
which a third-party wallet-search site labels "Bitmart".
I cannot confirm that this wallet belongs to BitMart,
and the total SL owed to customers is not public.
As an SL holder, I respectfully ask:
1. Could you add an option to receive SL in kind
(as SL, not as US dollars)?
2. Could you confirm whether that wallet belongs to BitMart,
and disclose the total SL balance owed to customers and
how much SL BitMart currently holds?
3. If the SL on hand is not enough, could you convert only
the shortfall into US dollars, and explain how the
price is calculated?
Thank you for considering this.

In plain words, the email asks for three things
- Subject: a question. Can SL be returned as SL?
- Body: I'm a user who held SL on BitMart. I have questions and feedback on the initial plan announced on September 30, 2026 (UTC). The plan converts all account balances into dollars and shares them out. The SASEUL blockchain shows about 403 million SL at address 90c6dfd9…54ce (as of October 8, 2026). A third-party wallet search site has labeled this address "Bitmart", but I can't confirm the wallet is BitMart's, and the total SL owed to users isn't public. (The full address is in the English body.) As an SL holder, I politely ask for three things.
- Please add an option to get SL as SL, not dollars.
- Please confirm whether that wallet is BitMart's, and disclose the total SL owed to users and how much SL BitMart holds now.
- If there isn't enough SL, please convert only the shortfall into dollars, and explain how the price is calculated.
So what do I do? Check three things before you send
- Replace the three [ ] lines at the bottom of the body with your name and country. Only write your SL amount if you want to.
- Never write your account password, verification codes, wallet recovery words or your personal wallet address. Your name and country are enough.
- Once you've sent the email, paste the same text into the Feedback Portal too. Don't follow personal messages saying "we'll submit your feedback for you" or "we'll process you first". Be even more careful if they ask for money or a verification code.
